Step 1: Enter Service Mode
1. Unplug Power together with USB cables.
2. Open door.
3. Press together with represent the Power button.
4. Connect the Power cable.
5. Close door together with and thus unloosen Power button.
6. Turn ON printer equally park together with it should last non blinking more.
7. Connect the USB cable.

· Load Paper to the printer
· Check EEPROM CLEAR (4)
· Test Pattern 1 (5), await for the printer to complete printing
· Test Pattern two (6), await for the printer to complete printing
· Close General Tool (7)
· Turn off printer (wait ten seconds)
· Turn on printer.
