To role the General Tool v1.03, larn into Service Mode rootage as well as and thus follow instructions bellow
(choose i of the methods yous use):

Methode 1
Clear Waste Ink Counter Main

• Select USB Port (1)
• Device ID (2)
• Lock Release (3)
• Set Destination, select printer model (4)
• Region, ASA for Asia (5)
• Click SET (6)
• Load Paper to the printer
• Clear waste matter ink counter, select MAIN (7), await for the printer to complete printing
• Close General Tool (6)
• Turn off printer (wait 10 seconds)
• Turn on printer.
• Printer cook for use

Methode 2
Clear Waste Ink Counter Main as well as Platen

• Select USB Port (1)
• Device ID (2)
• Lock Release (3)
• Set Destination, select printer model (4)
• Region, ASA for Asia (5)
• Click SET (6)
• Load Paper to the printer
• Clear waste matter ink counter, select MAIN (7), await for the printer to complete printing
• Clear waste matter ink counter, select PLATEN (8), await for the printer to complete printing
• Close General Tool (9)
• Turn off printer (wait 10 seconds)
• Turn on printer.
• Printer cook for use

Methode 3
EEPROM Clear

• Select USB Port (1)
• Device ID (2)
• Lock Release (3)
• Set Destination, select printer model (4)
• Region, ASA for Asia (5)
• Click SET (6)
• Load Paper to the printer
• Check EEPROM CLEAR (7)
• Test Pattern 1 (8), await for the printer to complete printing
• Test Pattern ii (9), await for the printer to complete printing
• Test Pattern iii (10), await for the printer to complete printing
• Close General Tool (11)
• Turn off printer (wait 10 seconds)
• Turn on printer.
• Printer cook for use

Note:

• MAIN reset the principal waste matter ink counter.
• PLATEN reset the platen waste matter ink counter.
• If the principal as well as platen waste matter ink absorbers are replaced reset both waste matter ink counters.
