Step 1: Enter Service Mode

1.   Turn off the printer.

·            Click OK

·            Close Service Tool

·            Turn off printer (wait x seconds)

·            Turn on printer

·            Printer gear upwardly for use

c.      Reset amongst Service Tool v.2000

·            Download Service Tool (support Win XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10)

·            Extract file together with opened upwardly Service Tool

·            Load paper

·            Clear Ink Counter, click MAIN (1)

·            Wait the printer complete printing D=000.0

·            Click OK

·            Close Service Tool

·            Turn off printer (wait x seconds)

·            Turn on printer

·            Printer gear upwardly for use
