- Install SSC Service Utility v4.30
- Open SSC Service Utility
- Open tab Configuration
- Printer model: choose Epson Stylus Color 400
- Close SSC Service Utility to minimize
- Right click SSC Service Utility inward the Taskbar, choose Reset counters
